While walk-ins are always welcome, we do prefer to schedule estimate appoints in order to better serve you.
Anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes depending on the extent of damage.
Every collision is slightly different and down time always depends on the extent of damage. A small repair with minor paint work will usually take 1 to 3 days minimum. While heavy damage may take much longer. We will be able to give you a very good idea once the estimate is written.
  1. Assess Damage / Customer Authorization
  2. Secure insurance approval / If needed
  3. Order and receive parts
  4. Arrange Rental Car / If needed
  5. Disassemble vehicle
  6. Complete body and paint repairs
  7. Reassemble vehicle
  8. Sublet and Quality control
  9. Clean for delivery
  10. Finalize repair billing
  11. Arrange for payment
  12. Pick up your vehicle
Obtaining 3 estimates is not necessary, unless it is stated in your policy. If you are a claimant you only need an estimate from where you choose to have the vehicle repaired.
You can go to any repair shop, unless your policy specifies a list of repair shops to visit. Again, if you are a claimant it is entirely your choice where to have your vehicle repaired.
